This hotel stay was a disaster. This appears to be a long-term stay "apartment hotel" but that was not clear from the website. I called to let the hotel know I was going to be arriving late. Despite that, when I arrived at midnight the office was closed. I had to call the number on the door and wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive to check me in. Moreover, he lady who checked me in was unable to process my credit card and asked me to check back in the morning. The room was a bit stinky and could use serious updating. The TV was tiny. Contrary to advertisement, there was no coffee maker in the room. The location was good, and the price was good for the location, but next time I will stay at a chain hotel where I can be assured of the quality of the stay.
Near from tucson mall and other stores also good price
They dont have breakfast it could be only coffe and donuts
It was ok, location and price good for my needs that weekend
Could use a good clean up inside and out, mostly outside.
No maid service. No roll away bed tho told there was. Some long term low class residents. Dirty pool. Hanging hotel laundry on pool fence.
Even at $40 a night, this was over priced.
Bed was basically box springs, so I got to sleep on springs. The room reeked of old smoke, possibly because the carpet was at least 10 yrs old. The TV only had basic cable. I try to watch sports when I travel; not here. The was no clock in the room and no wake up service so I got to worry about getting up in the AM, Room has a kitchenette, but no utensils. Refrigerator freezer got frozen, but no cold air for the fridge part. The door to the room had no weatherstripping so the cold air just whistled right in. Given all that, and the peeling exterior paint, I doubt if this motel will survive another 5 years.
Shabby hotel. I woke up several times during the night expecting to have bugs crwling on me. Did not see any bugs.but...
I like everything About the flamingo suites Tucson but booking had us down for wrong day even though my receipt had right day the management still had a room for us thank goodness but even though I had the reservation confirmation they didn't have it till next day they were great about it
A unit with two rooms, living room and kitchen in the front room and bedroom in the back at a fairly reasonable price.
It was supposed to be a suite unit with a full kitchen and an available rollaway bed for our older child. The kitchen was there, but absolutely no dishes, cups, glasses, pots, or pans. The rollaway was available but one wheel kept falling off and the condition of the mattress was so poor that our child awakened a few times in the night almost smothered by the collapsing mattress and springs. We had to ask for linens and a towel for our older child despite having called ahead and explaining our needs. The towels and linens felt like they had either been bargain basement specials or the cheapest ones available when the building was first opened. The blanket on the beds looked as if they had been donated to a flophouse. The clerk at the front desk was as helpful as he could manage to be considering there seemed to be no other staff available after 5pm. I believe that either they hire pretty lazy housekeeping staff or one overworked staff as the cleanliness was barely passing. The bedroom had two beds, a queen-size and a twin sized. The bedroom was so small that the smaller bed was jammed up against the wall.
Unfriendly service, rooms rather smelly. Nothing there is maintained with any kind of passion.
Older but clean and well cared for. Free wifi. Walking distance to restaurants. Full kitchen with a check-out kitchen kit that provided all the kitchen equipment and dishes we needed.
Evening desk was covered by a single individual who said he could not leave the desk to provide needed service.
